I am a missionary and leadership coach with a simple but profound conviction: that every leader, visionary, and disciple is called to walk in a specific purpose.
My work is not about providing quick fixes or corporate consultancy; it is about facilitating discovery. My coaching approach is deeply rooted in the life and teachings of Jesus, and I believe in the transformative power of the "art of the question." By listening intently and reflecting on the Gospel, I help you uncover the vision God has placed within you and the next steps you are called to take.

Our journey together is a structured path of discipleship, designed to help you hear God’s voice and move forward with purpose. We walk through six stages, rooted in the wisdom of Scripture:
1. Awareness We begin by stilling our hearts to recognize where you are and how God is moving in your current season.

2. Vision Together, we seek the vision God has placed on your heart, aligning your aspirations with His Kingdom purposes.

3. Obstacles We prayerfully identify the barriers and internal shadows that keep you from walking in the fullness of your calling.
"Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts."

4. Support We explore the community and the grace of Christ that sustain you, ensuring you never have to walk this path alone.
"Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." — Galatians 6:2
5. Strategy Using the art of the question, we translate your vision into a practical, God-honoring path for your life and ministry.

6. Action We take the steps necessary to turn your calling into tangible discipleship, empowering you to impact others.
